Charred Vertical Slab are placed in smoldering state
Charred Vertical Slab aren't craftable by putting any burnable wood vertical slab in a furnace

Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

First bug:

1. Place a Charred Vertical Slab (Charred Vertical Slab already smoldering)

Second bug:

1. Left click on a Charred Vertical Slab in JEI (no recipe shown)

Expected behavior:
Charred Vertical Slab shouldn't be smoldering when placed
Putting any burnable wood vertical slab in a furnace should give out a Charred Vertical Slab
