I cannot plant tomatos on mulch from immersive weathering, which prevents me from growing plants without mulch due to weeds. When I attempt to plant a tomato, nothing happens. However, other Farmer's Delight plants, such as cabbage, plant just fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. ace a block of mulch
2. Hydrate the mulch
3. Attempt to place a tomato seed.
