Describe the bug
Frog are very vare cause not spawning on silt block.

Versions
All versions.

Other mods
All mod with mob that are allowed to spawn on silt (for example : the flamingo from goodall mod, the crab from betteranimalplus).

To Reproduce:
Wander on swamp and mangrove_swamp in vanilla, count the number of frog you see. Then do it with immersive weathering.

To investigate faster :

run '/kill @e[type=!minecraft:player]', and then 'run /tp @e[type=minecraft:frog] @p' several time in a vanilla swamp/mangrove_swamp, then do it with immersive weathering.

Carpet mod also help to investigate on this.

Expected behavior:
Frog can spawn on silt block.
