Leaf Piles prohibit Sapling growth

Describe the bug:
If leaf piles lie in the space where a sapling wants to grow, they block the attempt, like other blocks.
Leaf piles should act like leaves or other blocks that come from trees, in that they don't prohibit sapling growth.

Fix
Add all blocks from #immersive_weathering:leaf_piles to the #minecraft:replaceable_by_trees tag.

Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

  1. Place a (oak) sapling
  2. Place any full block next to it
  3. Place a leaf pile on top
  4. Use bonemeal on the sapling
  5. Sapling doesn't grow.

Expected behavior:
Saplings should be able to grow even if leaf pieles lie in the way.

Oak saplings need a 3x3 space above them to be clear in order to grow. However tree blocks, such as leaves and logs do not prohibit growth.
