Describe the bug:
When snow is placed on top of a loam block, its sides do not change to use a snowy texture. This is different behavior to all other "grass-like" blocks. Is this intentional?

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Immersive Weathering version: 2.0.3
Moonlight Lib version: 2.13.33
Fabric API / QSL / Forge version: Fabric API 0.92.2

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Place loam block
2. Place snow on top
3. Observe side of loam block; texture does not change

Expected behavior:
Texture on side of loam block changes to use a snowy variant.
