Feature:

Like lava, charred blocks which have the glowy bit to them should start fires around them. It makes sense, and is a great way to propagate the flames to uncharred blocks or generally below.

This is a rare use case as usually there's only a 20% chance of having the blocks charred, but I like putting it to 80%...
