Removing milestone, should do this for 1.1.0's release, rather than beta 3

Added the wiki pages, but we still need to do images, and the shield page isn't fully true until #112 is patched.

We'll want to move away from GitHub's LFS for the images. Might self-host it, at least for now.

Done! Will look long term for somewhere else to host the GIFs, but for now, I'm keeping them in LFS
