Bag Disappears Across Dimensions

Reproduction steps:

  1. (not sure if required): Open and close the bag in the overworld
  2. Enter the Nether
  3. Attempt to open the bag. It shouldn't work
  4. Return the overworld. Opening the bag still won't work

Oh no, dimension teleporting actually breaks every immersive.

Found the issue! It seems changing dimension fires the CLIENT_LEVEL_LOAD event (makes sense), thus our config is set to off. This bug has existed since 1.1.0 beta 2!
