Make it so dynamic lights lights come out of the hand holding the light rather than the player.

Might make more sense to integrate directly into Vivecraft if they're on board.

This should probably be low priority, since your hand is probably not reaching far enough to the point where it's noticeable. 100% a welcome addition, however.

We'll likely want to detect other mods that do this and disable our implementation for the main hand if detected
