Disable Auto-Step Up for Immersive Blocks

Option to disable Vivecraft's step-up and vanilla's auto-jump for blocks that you can interact with in ImmersiveMC that are enabled in the config.
Not sure if it should be on or off by default
Auto step-up from Vivecraft effectively just changes the step height, and also disables vanilla's auto jump. Need to see where the step height is handled, and block it if we're stepping onto an immersive block. Same with wherever auto jump is handled.
