If Vivecraft is detected and MC VR API isn't, warn the user in chat that they should install it. Warning message should be disable-able in ImmersiveMC settings, of course.

Ideally, we'd only warn if they're in VR, but I may not do that since that requires detecting that they're in VR, which is the point of MC VR API in the first place!
