Bugs caught during 1.5.0 beta 2 testing. Should be the last issue fixed before release.

• Arm is too far into the bag, needs to be closer to the edge.
• Several config screen issues
  • Main config screen has button clipping issues due to always rendering as if the highest GUI scale is used.
  • Item guides previews render clipped into the buttons (at least on 1.21.1)
  • Main config screen has title blurred in the background
  • Bag fails to render properly at most gui scales

1.21 version is at 57d8c3b.

As I port back the regressions fixed in 1.21, the config screens in 1.20.4 and below aren't ideal anymore, mainly in that the list doesn't take up the entire screen like in 1.21. Need to go back and do that. This is done
