[1.12.2] [Bug] 1-block arms not connecting to bottom in SMP

Keep in mind that this was tested on an entirely new world, using Immersive Posts 0.2.0. Functionality works as intended in singleplayer. In multiplayer (dedicated server) however, arms have stopped connecting specifically to the bottom. I tried breaking and replacing, testing on SSP then SMP as well as SMP then SSP. The issue seems to happen in SMP specifically, even on new worlds. The screenshots provided below were taken in the same world, the 1st in singleplayer and 2nd in multiplayer.
