I'd like to request that the downgrade feature be updated such that it can be disabled through configuration. This will allow me to close an exploit on my server.

For example, if you degrade "Sharp Arrow" from 15 to 14, you receive over 3000 XP. Additionally, that skill item will start dropping in the world from skeletons quite frequently.

I collected 20 in one night (with a luck boost). So, I got myself 60,000 XP in one night.

I can make an option to disable dropping of the skill once you unlock it. If that works? Downgrading is a big part of the system, and removing it would require some deeper considerations than just disabling a button.
