I tried adding the mod to the Elden Block modpack (for 1.19.2) but whenever it is active it causes an Error Code:1 crash, which means that the mod is for an older version. I'm using the latest version of the mod.

This problem also occurs with adding it to other 1.19.2 modpacks

BetterCombat is fully compatible with IDF. Mods that alter damage calculation obviously are not going to be compatible, as they would be trying to do the same thing as IDF.

I've had this error a couple times. It's not because of an older mod version--it's because IDF interferes with certain other mods that alter the damage calculation code. For example, BetterCombat is incompatible with IDF last I checked.
