I'm not sure if there's a way around this, but the stats/backpack buttons from IDF displays over the attributes UI from Apotheosis. Perhaps you could add an option to move/remove the buttons to avoid the issue?

Currently working on a spiritual successor for 1.20. Once that's done, I may come back to IDF to fix this.
