Describe the bug
Leaves drop too many saplings. From 2 trees I received around a stack of saplings.

To Reproduce
Chop down a tree and observe how many saplings are dropped.

Expected behavior
The standard drop rate of 5% should be followed (or at least significantly reduced from what it currently is)

We are using this tree chopper mod, but it happens with Create saws as well:
