Mod config doesn't appear in config folder.

Steps to reproduce

1. Step one: Delete config file u have, and launch minecraft with these versions that are mentioned above.
2. Step two: No config file.

what happens if you only have this mod

idk. if you have a mod called blue skies that appearently happens then for some reason. at least i got reports regarding that. else you need to check yourself

what happens if you only have this mod

It actually appeared when I had this mod as the only mod. So other mods may cause this? (I'm not figuring out which one does that, there are like 30 mods in my folder on daily basis)

if still an issue create a new one. else closing it
