Zombie health scaling too much

Description

When difficulty is turned off, zombies die in normal amount of hits.

Turning difficulty on, even at 0.1, zombies have ridiculous amounts of health (they take around 30 crits from netherite sword).

This only seems to apply to naturally spawning zombies. Haven't found any other mobs where the problem occurs.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have difficulty turned on
  2. Find naturally spawning mob
  3. Spend 10 years hitting it with sword to kill

Mods that might affect the issue

Possibly other mods include: Nightmare++, mutantmore, enhanced celestials, mutantmonsters, more babies, and angry mobs

Though in testing the health works fine with difficulty off, so I don't think its a compatibility issue
