Auto targeting config option does not work

Issue (The better the description the better i can solve the issue):
auto targeting config option does not work
Steps to reproduce:
Loaded minecraft with just this mod and tried to make skeletons always attack zombies
Affected Versions (Latest is NOT a version):
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge:2847
- TenshiLib:latest
- Improved Mobs:latest
Other Mods (If you think it might be cause of an incompability):
Logs (Use a site like pastebin, gist etc. DONT COPY PASTE THE LOG IN HERE):
no logs to paste no errors
