Issue (The better the description the better i can solve the issue):

Title. I don't believe vanilla iron golems are able to do the boat summon, so that's why I think this is a bug. Perhaps add an exemption for non-hostile mobs?

Steps to reproduce:

Pit any golem from EG against an enemy, and notice how it summons the guardian boat. I don't think iron golems have this ability.

Extra Golems

if you added extra golems after you added the mod the extra golems entity wont be in the config since the config was already generated. either set the value in "More Entities" to ["UNINITIALIZED"] or delete the config
