Issue (The better the description the better i can solve the issue):

nstalling that mod with improved mobs will cause piglin brutes to ignore the charge cooldown

Steps to reproduce:

1. install both
2. find a piglin brute
3. notice how piglin brutes with the bucklers can charge infinitely

Affected Versions (Latest is NOT a version):

• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Forge: 36.1.16
• TenshiLib:
• ImprovedMobs: 1.7.6
