Suggestions

I'm creating a mod that need to add improved mob config for a list of monster in my mob, is there anyway to do that, it will be inconvenient if the user of my mod have to download my config.
Example: I want to custom the playermobs mod, adding gear and target behaviour to it, is there any way to do it by datapack or code ? without adding the config manually ?
