Description

The equipment.json config file isn't generated when first launching the game with the mod installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the game
2. Open a world (Just for the error entry in the log)

Mods that might affect the issue

None, tested with Improved Mobs + dependencies only.

I also seem to have this problem. With exactly the same software setup, am desperate to find a fix or get the bug squashed, as my modpack relies in this for equipment distribution through enemies due to harder mining mods.
