Cannot compile, Sodium dependency .xml link does not exist

https://jitpack.io/com/github/jellysquid3/sodium-fabric/1.16.x~next-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml timeout, it seems link doesn't exist anymore. Failed to compile.
