Bug Description

I have that strange bug that if i break smth. or place and if i walk normaly my world rendering is doing smth. strange.
In the donut smp server there are no bugs idk how.

1.open minecraft//no bug
2.join world //no bug
3.place blocks// bug
4.break block//bug
