In the October 11th 2018 release for 1.12.2, I can't open chests if there is an Inductive Logistics Pipe over top of it. This shouldn't be the case because it is not a full block, and it is convention to not block chests unless a full block is above them. Can you please make it so item pipes don't block chests?
