I put a stack of 9 IC2 universal fluid cells into the 8B tank(not full) to remove coolant, the entire stack was will with 268mB and 4mB of fluid left in the tank remained.

This might be a feature? It is pretty neat. An interesting way to deal with container stacks if they are not moved to another slot in the machine for full containers.
