I did not see this as reported in the open or closed issues, so I'm going to raise this as an issue. Though maybe this has been corrected in a version not yet in this mod pack because because I see on line 126 of the code (ItemInfinityHammer.java) it does mention Looting as an enchantment.

The Infinity Hammer, a weapon, does not accept Looting as an enchant but only Fortune. As a weapon, I believe this is just a mistake made when the valid enchants were chosen for the Hammer.

Never mind. I see it in the code comparison in between the 3.2.9.2 build and the 3.2.9.1 build.
