When I insert with pipes (pipez, mekanism, etc...) or via a chest on top of a locked brewer, items are not inserted (try with locked sugar and a sugar in the chest).
When I remove the lock, items are inserted.

Impossible to insert items in the right order if locking don't permit to insert items other than manually.
