[1.16] Plant Sower unable to Sow The Best Rice seeds

Titanium Version:
titanium-1.16.5-3.2.8.2.jar
The Plant Sower doesn't like planting SushiGoCrafting Rice seeds. The Gatherer and Fertilizer work just fine. I suspect the Sower is looking for Air instead of water above the land.
