[1.16] Machine energy didn't sync to client when applied a custom maxStoredPower

Since a custom maxStoredPower is applied to the machine from config, it shows 0 energy in machine GUI all the time but it still works.
Seems like all machine having the same issue.
This only happened when playing on the server.
