I have placed a pair of Item Transporters on a Large Krate from Krates mod, inserting into an Ender Chest to go to my storage system. When I place the Item Transporter, then I add Speed II and Efficiency II addons. It appears to work for one cycle until it has gone through the entire chest slots, but then it stops moving any items. I have to break and replace the Item Transporter to get more items to transfer.

Also note that the Large Krate has Collector Upgrade and Compacting Upgrade installed (to pick up items from sluices). The krate is actively receiving items at the same time that the Transporter is moving items. Once it reaches the end, it never goes back to start picking up items at the beginning again.
