Issue Description

• Duping
  Supream black hole unit end up duping somethimes on our ATM6 V1.8.7 server by placing them out in the world and we put in like 29 block of something and it end's up giving the unit ~ 29k item from no where. tho it won't happen all the time.

• Deleting
  Even deleteing only happend sometimes so it will be hard to reproduse on both things.
  By putting the black hole unit in the controller when there was item in it. Deleted the items inside the supream black hole unit.
