The block breaker is unable to break the bedrock ores from Dadobug1111's Bedrock Ores

if you take line 70 of src/main/java/com/buuz135/industrial/block/resourceproduction/tile/BlockBreakerTile.java and change the diamond pick out for a netherite one, it should fix it.
