If i add industrial foregoing to my modpack i cant see any of creates non standard recipes (also using newest version of create and newest release jei, alpha version of jei made no difference)

After some further testing i found that this issue only happens if the mod Assembly line Machines is also installed.
So i dont know if this is still fixavle on ur end will open a report on their mod aswell

Probably fixed in #1294
