[1.21] Issue Title no extractor potion brewer

no extractor mod like pipez or laserio can extract from potion brewer but if i use a chest en push it works but only getting awkward potion

Titanium Version: 4.0.30
Should be fixed in #1557 , you needed to configure the output as a filter in the green slot but now it will allow to extract if empty too
