The in game manual for IF has the following text for the Latex Processing Unit:
The Latex Processing Unit will use 100mb of Latex and 500mb of Water to produce 1 Tiny Dry Rubber (extra space between 1 and Tiny is part of the text in the manual)

It appears that Tiny Dry Rubber has been removed, and the correct amounts should be 750mb of Latex : 500mb of Water for 1 Dry Rubber.
