[1.20] Black Hole tanks duplicate fluid when containers that are stackable when filled are used in the UI

Found out in Stacia 2 Expert that retrieving fluid from an Industrial Foregoing(3.5.19) fluid tank using the UI with TiC fluid tanks duplicates the fluid by the number of containers.

The same thing happens with EnderIO Tanks and when using Thermal Series Florbs, so it's unclear which mods are at fault here, so I will report this to the other mods as well.

To reproduce:

  1. Get a stack of at least 2 stackable TiC fluid containers, i.e. Copper Cans or Seared Tanks(Or Thermal Florbs)
  2. Fill an Industrial Foregoing or EnderIO fluid tank with some fluid.
  3. Fill the stack of containers using the other mod's tank UI, i.e. clicking the IF tank or placing the stack of containers in the retrieval slot in the EIO tank.
  4. The max amount of fluid that can fit into ONE container is retrieved from the tank, but ALL containers receive that amount, effectively duplicating the fluid by the number of tanks.
