What's going on?

I'm playing modpack AllTheMods10-4.5 and try to use the hydroponic simproc & the bed, but I found that if I don't pull off the processor manully instead of digging the whole hydroponic bed with simproc card, the card will disappear.

There must be having a wheat_seeds simproc card and cactus card but they are all gone, only 1 thing I counld find is only the wheat seeeds and cactus items...
