When using the Meat Feeder, you get haunches, but no saturation. This basically means that you can never heal quickly. You can't even eat other food to quickly heal yourself, since the Meat Feeder keeps you full. I can see the opposite issue being a problem too, because if you give saturation, you effectively keep healing going all the time, and that would be very strong,. But I think it is preferable to give a benefit from all the work you have to do to get the Meat Feeder set up than to punish the player for using it.
