Server crash with latest Forge version

The setup that caused this is a cobble-gen using Extra Utilities transfer nodes pumping into a Black Hole Unit.
Not sure if a change in Forge 14.23.3.2685 caused this. I've since reverted to an earlier Forge version and everything is working fine.

I just got this when placing a BHU down. It seems to be a Forge issue.
