when the item in one of the black hole unit in the black hole controller drops below 65, the storage bus of AE2 and item conduit of enderIO will be unable to detect that item and therefore stop showing/extracting that item. This also prevents that item from being inserted into the black hole unit even if the inventory is locked to that particular item.
