The enchantment sorter should be able to process a whole stack at a time instead of processing one item at a time.

Having to wait minutes to process some stacks of arrows and rotten meat from the mob farms is not very efficient.

A machine capable of sorting enchanted items from non enchanted items should be smart enough to know that "this box of 64 items that are all equal to each other can be trated as one item, no need to examine each and every item in the box to check if it is enchanted."
