Implement Compatibility with Black Hole Controller and Black Hole Tanks

Would it be possible if the Black Hole Controller could also work with Black Hole Tanks? Or have a separate controller for the tanks? I don't really require mixing and matching BHU's and BHT's in the same controller, but as long as there is compatibility between BHC's and BHT's.
