The power storage of machines does not scale with their energy input from config. This means those machines can just use up to their internal storage in RF per tick. It should scale with the settings from the config.

/edit: After further experimentation it seems that I cannot accelerate the machines by tweaking the config. Setting energyForWork lower and increasing energyRate just makes it use less energy. Could you please enable them to do more than one work unit per tick?
