Decreased max value of RF required by Infinity Drill to reach Artifact via the new config options. Deleted the old drill via JEI item panel and got a new drill and have the RF bar stretch off-screen and RF continues to charge (via Flux Networks wireless charging if it is a problem) beyond the new limit.
