Tested with a pack with just IF RFTools and integrated dynamics, but found in FTB Ultimate reloaded.

Get an infinity drill, put some RF in it, use it, RF is consumed.
Put some biofuel in it, use it, RF is no longer consumed, neither is Biofuel, thus making it completely free.
