[Feature Request] Mining Level of Infinity Drill Maxes at Obsidian

This is a feature request for the Infinity Drill to either have its mining level increased to support the most common ore types found in packs or to have a means of upgrading the mining level on the drill. As it stands, it seems to be maxed at obsidian level.
