The bioreactor is capable of pulling items (that when manually inserted are not accepted) to be used as a resource for creating biofuel. It can also, when using this method for pulling items, accept multiple stacks of the same item to increase efficiency.

example: The bioreactor pulling cobblestone from an adjacent chest, and storing 9 stacks of cobblestone inside of it to reach 100% efficiency and producing 1440 mb of biofuel.
